DMMG

DMMG is a property development company founded by three partners, Duncan Micallef, Frank Agius and Mark Grech. Between them they bring years of experience in property development, construction, hospitality and finance, and a track record.

Our aim is simple: to build homes that people are proud to own, in places they want to live, at prices that make sense. Every decision we take, from the layout of an apartment to the finish of the common parts, is made with the end owner in mind.

We believe buying a home should be straightforward. That is why we keep our pricing clear, our timelines realistic and our communication open, so that every client knows exactly where their project stands at any moment.

History & Milestones

  1. Founded

    Duncan Micallef, Frank Agius and Mark Grech set up DMMG to develop residential property in Malta and sell it directly to buyers.

  2. First development

  3. 2025

    Permits approved

    Planning permits granted for Rocky Flats in Qawra, The Peak in St Paul’s Bay, Zagato in Mqabba and the Birżebbuġa penthouse.

  4. 2026

    Six developments underway

    Works start on The Edge in Ħal Qormi and Casa D’Angelo in Msida. Rocky Flats and The Peak reach completion. The Birżebbuġa penthouse sells out.

  5. 2027

    Next completions

    Zagato, the Birżebbuġa penthouse, The Edge and Casa D’Angelo are scheduled for completion.

The Partners

Our People

DMMG is led by its three founding partners, who are involved in every development from land acquisition to final deed.

Mark leads operations and sales at DMMG, overseeing the day-to-day running of each development and guiding buyers from first viewing to final deed.

He began his career in Malta’s mobile and electronics trade before moving into property, first in rentals and sales and then into development, where his understanding of what buyers look for shapes every DMMG project.

Away from work he is a collector of Italian cars and a racing driver who competes in hill-climb events in Malta and overseas.

Mark Grech

Founding Partner

Frank heads DMMG’s finance and commercial operations, bringing the same systematic approach he applies as the director responsible for finance at CF Estates.

He previously co-ran one of Malta’s largest mobile and electronics distributors.

Frank Agius

Founding Partner

Duncan leads planning and design across DMMG’s developments, drawing on his experience as a director of CF Estates, where he heads the hotels division. Before moving into property he ran one of Malta’s largest mobile and electronics distribution businesses. He is also President of the Malta Motorsport Federation
